Unfortunately, only one coupon code may be used per order at this time.

If you’re experiencing issues during checkout, it’s often related to the web browser you’re using. Here’s what you can try to resolve it:

  1. Update your browser to the latest version of one of these supported options:
    • Google Chrome
    • Mozilla Firefox
    • Apple Safari
    Note: We currently don’t recommend using Internet Explorer, as it can conflict with the HTML5 and JavaScript features of our site.

If the issue persists after updating your browser, try these troubleshooting tips:

  • Open our site in your browser’s safe mode.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  • Disable any active add-ons or extensions.
  • Ensure Java is up to date.

No worries! If you forgot to apply a coupon code, simply submit a request here. Be sure to include your order number, ship-to name, the email address used for the order, and the coupon code you’d like to apply.

Please note: We cannot apply coupon codes during site-wide sales.

Important: If more than 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we won’t be able to apply the coupon.

Unfortunately, we do not offer installment payment options at this time.

As a small business, we’re unable to offer price adjustments like larger retailers. With rising product and shipping costs, as well as recent inflation, our margins are very slim, making it difficult to implement such policies. We appreciate your understanding and continued support!

We’re incredibly grateful for your support this holiday season and are working hard to ensure your orders arrive in time for Christmas. Since we use a print-on-demand service, please note that each order requires at least 7 business days for processing before it ships, unless 2nd Day Air is selected at checkout. For 2nd Day Air orders, we process them within 24 hours.

Please keep in mind that the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include the processing time and is only an estimate—it is not guaranteed. We ship via UPS or USPS, depending on the selected method, but due to high volume, shipping may take longer than expected.

Holiday Deadlines:

  • To guarantee delivery by Christmas with standard shipping, place your order by December 10th.
  • For 2nd Day Air shipping, orders must be placed by December 18th.

We cannot guarantee delivery times if delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as incorrect shipping addresses, weather disruptions, postal backlogs, or international customs and duties beyond our control.

For U.S. orders, standard shipping ranges from $4 to $8 depending on the weight of your items. The good news? We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100!

For international orders, shipping costs range from $25 to $35, again depending on the weight. Plus, we offer free international shipping on orders over $250.

Just a reminder:

  • Standard U.S. shipping takes 3-7 business days.
  • International shipping takes 7-40 business days.

Please note that these timeframes don’t include the 24-48 hours needed for our warehouse to process and pack your order.

Occasionally, USPS and UPS may mark packages as delivered a day or two before they actually arrive. If it’s been two days since the tracking update, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify your address: Check that your current mailing address matches the one in your order confirmation email.

  2. Ask your household: Check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have set your package aside. This happens more often than you might think!

  3. Contact your rental office: If you live in an apartment complex, reach out to your rental office to see if they are holding your package. Carriers may leave packages there for safekeeping if they don’t fit in your mailbox.

  4. Call your local post office: With your tracking number in hand, call your local post office to see if they can provide any additional information. They may have your package on hold or have more details than what is available online. If possible, ask to speak with the postmaster.

If your package was returned to sender, please note that we are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers. However, we can either reship your package to the correct address.
